The Company's shares have been listed on the Growth Enterprise Market ("GEM") of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("the Stock Exchange") since 25 July 2000.

The Company and its subsidiaries ("the Group") are principally engaged in provision of healthcare information technology services, mining business, radio trunking systems integration and provision of telemedia-related and other value-added telecommunication-related technical services in the PRC.
